Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)
TCM stands for a thousand year old Chinese healing system: traditional Chinese medicine. Many of TCM's methods are now well known in the West. In the Kaiser-Karl-Klinik TCM is seen as a valuable addition to what we can offer. The fact that here TCM does not conflict with western medicine is demonstrated by our doctors who practise TCM. Only qualified specialist knowledge guarantees the correct support for a so-called alternative healing system. In the Kaiser-Karl-Klinik the following are practised: Acupuncture and moxibustion (acupuncture with heat stimulus), Qi Gong (movements controlled by meditation), Tui Na (special massage techniques with chiropractic elements) and traditional Chinese natural herbal remedies. Treatments are available on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
