      the Kaiser-Karl-Klinik is a specialist clinic for rehabilitative medicine. The specialist departments of orthopaedics, general medicine, rheumatology and traditional Chinese medicine treat patients as inpatients and also as outpatients. Data installation, processing or usage takes place following patient treatment and for the invoicing of the corresponding fee providers.
   5. Description of the relevant groups and the data/data categories of these groups:
      patient data, employee data as well as data on suppliers, as long as this is required to fulfil the aims mentioned under 4.
   6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be forwarded:
      State and private health insurance schemes, external specialists treating the patient according to 11BDSG, as well as the head office for finance and personnel accounting in the Eifelhöhen-Klinik Nettersheim-Marmagen
   7. Rules for deletion of data:
      The legislative body has imposed numerous timescales and duties. At the end of these timescales the corresponding data will be routinely deleted. As long as data is not affected by this, it will be deleted if the aims mentioned in 4. cease to apply.

      A transfer to third parties is currently not planned, but if this were the case the relevant conditions would apply.
